Preorders
The first Monday of every month, we roll out the featured seasonal menu for the month, and we repeat the same menu for the entire month, so no missing out on your favorites! We will continue to keep things fresh by throwing in some special pastries and other breakfast items that are only available for walk-up sales on Saturdays.
Every Saturday, you can skip the line and pick-up our french style pastries and handmade breads, quiches and family style meals to go. We’ve now made all of our offerings for Saturdays available through our online preorder system. Pre-order and pay for your weekly bread, pastry, quiche, etc. by Wednesday 10pm. Pick-up during business hours (9am-12pm) on Saturday.

The cutoff time for Saturday preorders is the Wednesday before, at 10PM; pickup is on Saturday, from 9am-12pm.
Breads AVAILABLE for Preorder
Organic freshly-milled whole wheat is the base for this loaf. Organic cracked rye, baby oats, white sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, and flax seeds come together to form a wholesome bread that is a customer favorite
Sola’s classic sourdough baguettes. The perfect vehicle to soak up all the leftover goodness on your dinner plate.
Our classic pain au levain sourdough, amped up with chunks of aged parmesan reggiano and oven roasted garlic.

Our house-made fluffy quiche, with roasted butternut squash, Parmesan, kale, and onion.

Breakfast meets anytime-dessert in our tender, dark-chocolate-filled croissant. Not too sweet, but just indulgent enough, our Pain Au Chocolat will make your morning extra special.
With three hundred twenty-four flaky, tender layers, our Sola Plain Croissant adds layered perfection to any breakfast or lunch. A golden brown top hides the pillowy-soft inside that you won't want to miss.
This heavenly composition is a traditional French favorite of customers and staff alike. It starts with our signature handmade croissant is smothered with house-made frangipane, then topped with shaved almonds and dusted with powdered sugar.
Pastrami, swiss cheese, sauerkraut and ground mustard with thousand island rolled up in a flaky Sola pastry.
Our towering flaky cruffin, filled with pumpkin pie spiced pastry creme and topped with vanilla whipped cream and a dash of cinnamon. Happy Fall!

Our delightful charcuterie board and cheese board come together to form the “motherboard”! Planning a night in for Valentine’s or Galentine’s? We’ve got you covered. Assorted seasonal fruits, smoked prosciutto, coppa, chorizo, sopressata, seasoned mixed nuts, blue cheese, brie and more! Add a baguette for $5.

Blaine’s take on the Bueno families Italian classic. This lasagna is a Brazilian-Italian take on a classic dish: House made marinara, ground beef, bechamel (creamy white sauce) and smoked ham are the things that make this dish a cut above the rest.
