44 clove garlic parmesan creme soup with Pain Au Levain

Sola Winter Salad: massaged kale, roasted beets, quinoa, feta, toasted walnuts tossed is a white balsamic vinaigrette
Main:
Strip steak seared in wood-fired oven with chimichurri compound butter
Maple Bacon roasted brussel sprouts
Truffle Mac: 4 cheese (gruyere, sharp cheddar, parmesan, blue) mac n cheese with truffle oil & sola sourdough crumb topping.
Dessert:
Creme brûlée: Ultra rich, silky, smooth custard made with Madagascar vanilla beans and topped with a thin pane of crunchy caramelized sugar.
